If the woven bag after hot pressing is cut in less than 24 hours, it will be easy to bend. The relative solution is very simple. After this problem, choose the surface film of the zipper bag and adjust the composite processing. The tension of each part of the equipment is as close as possible to the recombination rate of the two composite substrates. Secondly, we can adjust the tension of the floating roller and select the inner sealing substrate with low temperature heat sealing property to adjust the heat sealing temperature to a suitable temperature.

 

The important point is that when the color printing woven bag is produced, the material is sufficiently cooled and matured before entering the heat sealing process, so that there is no problem of lifting.
